We are seeking a licensed and experienced mental health professional who is committed to providing compassionate care through individualized therapy sessions that empower clients to achieve their goals and enhance overall wellness. As part of our team, you will collaborate closely with other practitioners, fostering growth both personally and professionally.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

Responsibilities:

• Conduct intake assessments and create tailored treatment plans for each client
• Facilitate one-on-one and group therapy sessions focused on various issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, etc.
• Collaborate with other providers to ensure comprehensive support for patients
• Participate in continuous education opportunities to stay current with industry best practices
• Contribute ideas to improve service delivery and program effectiveness

Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 annually, plus benefits

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling. Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field from an accredited institution
• Active license/certification in your respective state or jurisdiction (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT)
• Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals facing emotional challenges
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
• Experience using electronic medical records systems preferred but not required
