Position: Full-Time Virtual Mental Health Therapist
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Key Duties:

• Deliver virtual counseling sessions using a secure platform
• Apply tailored therapeutic approaches for client well-being
• Develop actionable treatment plans based on individual needs
• Empower clients with tools to navigate personal challenges
• Monitor and adapt strategies to ensure measurable progress

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year with full benefits

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in a related field (Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology)
• Valid state licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in good standing
• Independent practice capability
• Knowledge of modern psychotherapy methods and digital tools
