Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor Needed in Watertown, New York

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, full-time.

Compensation: $100,000-$110,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct therapy sessions for clients with varying needs.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans.
• Work closely with a team of experts to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain thorough documentation to track client improvements.
• Stay ahead with ongoing learning and training opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology or related field.
• Valid LMHC license in New York State.
• Proven experience working with varied populations and addressing complex challenges.
