You will collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health specialists, to deliver holistic and comprehensive care to our clients.
Full-time schedule:
Work hours are from 9:00 am-5:00 pm with occasional evening shifts and weekend shifts based on client schedule and team needs.
Responsibilities:
Conducting thorough clinical assessments and formulating personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.
Implementing various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other proven modalities.
Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical records, adhering to HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
Collaborating closely with a dedicated treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals.
Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance the quality of care provided.
Educating and supporting patients and their families, equipping them with knowledge about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.
Staying informed about the latest research and advancements in the mental health field,
Managing a full caseload of patients, ensuring timely and effective treatment while upholding the ethical standards and professional guidelines set by your licensing board.
Qualifications:
A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution
An active license to practice as an LCSW, LCPC, Psychologist, or LMFT in the state.
Proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy interventions and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
