Position Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our remote team. This role provides a stable caseload, full administrative support, and the opportunity to focus entirely on therapy without the burdens of practice management.

Schedule

1. Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation

1. $115,000 - $120,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide virtual therapy through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform
2. Use evidence-based methods to drive positive client outcomes
3. Create and revise treatment plans tailored to individual needs
4. Help clients work through life’s obstacles effectively
5. Maintain accurate records and adjust interventions as necessary

Qualifications

1. Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology
2. Current California LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license
3. Minimum three years in outpatient or telehealth care
4. Strong communication and digital record-keeping skills
