Virtual Therapist – Fully Remote

Location: Remote – Indiana

Salary: $100,000 – $110,000

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:

We’re hiring Indiana-licensed LMFTs, LMHCs, and LCSWs to provide mental health care in a fully virtual environment. This role allows you to deliver focused, high-quality therapy while maintaining a consistent schedule and the flexibility of remote work.

Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate virtual therapy sessions for individuals and groups
2. Complete clinical assessments and develop treatment plans
3. Deliver tailored interventions based on client needs
4. Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR system
5. Coordinate care with other providers when necessary

Requirements:

1. Active LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW license in Indiana
2. Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
3. Experience in mental health counseling (telehealth or outpatient preferred)
4. Proficiency with electronic health records and video platforms
5. Strong clinical judgment and effective communication skills
