Salary: $100,000 – $110,000

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Overview:

We are hiring a Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) to join a telehealth team serving clients across Colorado. This remote position allows you to maintain a consistent schedule while supporting clients in developing and achieving their mental health goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct mental health evaluations and create individualized care plans
2. Facilitate therapy sessions through a secure video platform
3. Track treatment progress and modify approaches accordingly
4. Ensure clinical documentation is accurate and up to date
5. Participate in collaborative care as needed

Qualifications:

1. Valid Colorado license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW)
2. Master’s degree in Counseling, Therapy, or Social Work
3. Previous experience in virtual or outpatient therapy environments
4. Proficient in EHR systems and telehealth tools
5. Strong interpersonal and clinical judgment skills
