Virtual Mental Health Therapist – Flexible Full-Time Role

We are hiring a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) to provide virtual therapy services in California. This is a full-time, remote position designed for those who want to make a difference in mental health care.

Job Highlights:

1. Work Arrangement: Fully remote, full-time
2. Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
3. Salary Range: $115,000 – $120,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct mental health assessments to determine appropriate care.
2. Develop tailored treatment plans for clients.
3. Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
4. Keep detailed and compliant documentation of treatment plans.

Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
2. Active LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in California.
3. Comfortable with online therapy platforms.
