Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate client needs and determine appropriate treatment interventions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to clients’ unique goals and circumstances.
• Provide ongoing psychotherapy sessions via secure video conferencing, ensuring a supportive therapeutic environment.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to track client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Document all client interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals when appropriate to enhance the overall client experience and outcomes.
• Participate in regular supervision and training sessions for continuous professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse population, including adolescents, adults, and couples, who are seeking support for a variety of mental health challenges. Clients may present with issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as a mental health clinician (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in treatment planning and mental health counseling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client interaction.
• Comfortable and competent in conducting virtual therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits
