Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to tailor individualized therapeutic strategies.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Employ various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to address client-specific challenges.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Engage in professional development opportunities such as workshops and training to stay informed on the latest advancements in mental health practices.
• Collaborate effectively with a diverse healthcare team to ensure comprehensive client care and integration of services.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Must possess an active and unrestricted license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.
• At least two years of experience in a counseling role, preferably within a clinical setting.
• Strong familiarity with legal and ethical guidelines within the mental health field.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization or significant experience in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use counseling is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary range from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
