Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat while adhering to ethical standards and best practices.
• Utilize solution-focused therapeutic modalities to tailor treatment approaches for clients, facilitating effective mental health solutions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of clients' needs, goals, and capacities.
• Guide clients in gaining insights into their emotions, relationships, and experiences, fostering a deeper understanding of their mental health journey.
• Monitor client progress on treatment plans, adapting strategies as necessary to help clients develop healthy coping mechanisms and achieve their mental health goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client population consists of stable, low-acuity adults experiencing a variety of mental health concerns. As a therapist, you will collaborate with clients who present a unique set of challenges, helping them to develop coping strategies and skills to improve their overall quality of life. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a full, unrestricted license to practice independently, including but not limited to Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No limited or provisional licenses and no history of disciplinary actions against licensure.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, characterized by empathy, active listening, and a compassionate approach to therapy.
• Proficient computer skills to navigate our integrated electronic health record (EHR) system efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing therapy to a diverse clientele, demonstrating cultural competency and adaptability in therapeutic approaches.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling best practices is highly regarded.
• Previous experience in community health settings and an understanding of integrated care models.
