Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand clients' psychological and emotional needs.
• Create personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and individual circumstances.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions, including individual and group psychotherapy targeting various mental health issues.
• Utilize virtual platforms effectively to engage clients in meaningful therapeutic conversations and monitor their progress.

• Participate in regular team meetings, case discussions, and professional development workshops to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
