Key Responsibilities

• Employ evidence-based mental health therapy techniques and interventions to support individuals and families dealing with emotional and behavioral disorders.
• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to develop tailored initial discharge plans that meet patient needs.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions based on comprehensive treatment planning.
• Initiate treatment planning based on assessments, coordinating additional resources as needed and updating plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions in compliance with facility and professional standards.
• Manage a caseload by providing consistent support and monitoring client progress throughout their therapeutic journey.
• Participate in collaborative treatment team meetings, working alongside other professionals to enhance patient care.
• Adopt a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor in all interactions with clients and their families.
• Address and resolve patient concerns promptly to ensure their needs are met and safety is prioritized.
• Perform other relevant responsibilities as assigned by the clinical supervisor or leadership team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in delivering mental health services to individuals across the lifespan is essential.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.

Preferred Experience

While two years of experience in providing mental health counseling is required, candidates with experience specifically working with both adults and children in telehealth environments will be highly regarded. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and teletherapy practices will also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting the importance of mental health practitioners in our organization.
