Work Environment

In this remote role based in Bonner Springs, Kansas, you will leverage telehealth technologies to connect with clients and deliver your services from the comfort of your own home or designated workspace. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' emotional and psychological needs, taking into account various factors influencing their mental health.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals, encompassing therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness exercises.
• Provide ongoing counseling and emotional support for clients, helping them navigate life challenges, transitions, and stressful situations.
• Facilitate virtual therapy sessions, utilizing video conferencing tools while ensuring a supportive and confidential environment for discussion.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, sharing insights and strategies to optimize care coordination and treatment effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, treatment progress, and refocused care plans in our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Actively participate in professional development opportunities, including webinars, training sessions, and supervision meetings to further enhance therapeutic skills.
• Advocate for clients' access to necessary resources and services within the community, ensuring that they receive holistic support.

This position primarily serves adults seeking mental health support, including those facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating expertise in providing psychological assessments and therapeutic interventions.
• A thorough understanding of mental health diagnoses, treatment modalities, and community resource options.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 60,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
