Work Environment

This role is fully remote, offering you the flexibility to create a schedule that works for you. Whether you prefer full-time engagements exceeding 30 hours per week or part-time commitments over 5 hours per week, you can tailor your work hours to accommodate your lifestyle. Engage clients using a user-friendly counseling platform that allows for seamless video communication, reducing administrative burdens and permitting you to focus on what truly matters—your clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide ethical and empathetic mental health counseling via video chat, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their feelings and concerns.
• Conduct ongoing assessments to track client progress and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their specific goals and needs.
• Equip clients with effective coping strategies, problem-solving methods, and communication skills to enhance their daily functioning and interpersonal relationships.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, while ensuring compliance with relevant state regulations and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele composed of stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking support for a variety of mental health challenges. These may include stress management, coping with life transitions, anxiety, and other common psychological issues. Your guidance will empower clients to navigate their mental health journey effectively and build resilience.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Current state licensure (LIMFT, LPCC, LISW, or PsyD) with the capacity for independent practice without supervision.
• No history of disciplinary actions against your license, demonstrating a commitment to ethical practice.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, complemented by a solid understanding of digital platforms for remote counseling.
• A stable internet connection, enabling fluid interactions with clients through video conferencing.

Preferred Experience

While specific experience levels may vary, candidates with a background in remote therapy or digital health services are highly regarded. Familiarity with telehealth methodologies and an ability to adapt counseling techniques to an online format will enhance your efficacy in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Candidates may also benefit from:
