Work Environment

• The role is entirely remote, allowing therapists to work from the comfort of their homes or anywhere they feel most productive.
• Therapists will engage clients primarily through telehealth, utilizing video conferencing tools that meet HIPAA standards for confidentiality and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate the mental health status and needs of clients, guiding them towards appropriate therapeutic goals.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, tailored to meet the individual goals and needs of each client, drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities.
• Provide individual therapy to adult clients using evidence-based, solution-focused approaches that promote meaningful change and resilience.
• Utilize teletherapy tools to deliver virtual therapy sessions, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for clients.
• Offer crisis intervention services when necessary, demonstrating a strong sense of empathy and responsiveness to client needs.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, participating in training and workshops to stay current with best practices and advancements in the mental health field.

Qualifications

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster meaningful client-therapist relationships.
• Demonstrated organizational and time-management abilities to manage a full caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in teletherapy and familiarity with digital health platforms.
• Background in providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions and treatment modalities.
• Previous experience in a community health or outpatient mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits

Carewell Psychological Clinic offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with caseload and experience. Additional benefits include:
