Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, taking into account the unique medical histories and conditions that impact patients' mental well-being.
• Formulate and implement integrated treatment plans that cohesively address psychiatric and medical factors affecting the patient's health.
• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to foster personal growth and resilience among our clients.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including medical professionals, to provide coordinated care that optimizes treatment outcomes.
• Respond to mental health crises with appropriate intervention strategies, ensuring the safety and well-being of all clients.
• Educate clients on the relationship between mental health and physical health, empowering them to take an active role in their overall wellness.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with legal and regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of patient records.
• Engage in regular team meetings and case consultations to enhance treatment strategies and professional collaboration.
• Continuously research and stay updated on best practices in integrated mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient demographic is varied and includes individuals facing numerous challenges such as substance use disorders, autoimmune conditions, chronic pain issues, and related psychosocial stressors. The ability to address these complex cases is essential, as it directly contributes to improving the quality of life for our patients while facilitating their overall recovery journeys.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the State of California.
• Demonstrated experience in providing mental health services to individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on patient rapport and trust-building.
• Strong ability to maintain ethical standards, confidentiality, and professional boundaries.
• Proficient in the use of electronic health record (EHR) systems and other digital tools for patient management.
• Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team, offering insights and engaging in holistic care strategies.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in telehealth practices and familiarity with virtual therapy modalities.
• Knowledge of or certification in evidence-based therapeutic approaches suitable for diverse patient populations.
• Previous involvement in integrated care models and familiarity with community health resources.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers an attractive salary range of USD 120,000 to 140,000 per year, reflecting your skills and experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
