We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join the team at Zallence Mental and Wellness Center. In this full-time role, you will provide personalized mental health counseling services to low-acuity adults through a secure telehealth platform. As a fully remote position, you will enjoy the flexibility of working from home while maintaining a structured schedule. We offer both full-time (over 30 hours/week) and part-time (over 5 hours/week) options, allowing you to create a work-life balance that suits your needs. Our supportive administrative team minimizes paperwork and ensures you can focus on delivering impactful counseling services.
You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking support for various mental health concerns. Your guidance will help clients gain insight, develop resources, and achieve positive changes in their mental well-being. Understanding the nuances of this demographic is essential, as many clients may be navigating common life stresses rather than severe mental health disorders.
Experience working with low-acuity adult populations and familiarity with telehealth technologies is highly valued. Candidates with a background in client-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral techniques, or similar methodologies will find this role particularly rewarding. Understanding of evidence-based practices pertinent to general mental health counseling will also be beneficial.
We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000, depending on the number of hours worked annually. Additionally, newly hired therapists are eligible for a sign-on bonus as an incentive.
