Bright Tomorrow Counseling Center is actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist to join our dedicated team. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals grappling with mood disorders. Our ideal candidate will possess the credentials of an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT and will be passionate about delivering high-quality mental health care.
Located in Phoenix, Arizona, Bright Tomorrow Counseling Center has established a reputation for providing exceptional mental health services tailored to a diverse clientele. We specialize in a range of mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety, and we pride ourselves on using evidence-based practices to enhance the well-being of our patients. This role is conducted in a remote work setting, allowing for greater flexibility while maintaining professional responsibilities. As a member of our outpatient office, the therapist will be expected to engage with clients primarily through telehealth sessions, offering convenience and accessibility to those seeking support. Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional evening and weekend rotations to accommodate client needs.
The primary focus of our Therapist will be on individuals experiencing various mood disorders, who often face challenges that profoundly impact their daily lives. By employing personalized treatment plans and evidence-based therapies, the therapist will assist clients in managing their symptoms effectively, fostering personal growth and stability.
The compensation package for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
