Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Telehealth) - Full-Time/Part-Time

Center of Hope Psychotherapy Services is actively seeking dedicated and experienced licensed mental health counselors, including LMFTs, LCPCs, and LCSWs, for full-time or part-time positions. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy using evidence-based modalities that may include cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or integrative approaches.
• Establish clear therapeutic goals and track client progress to adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Utilize teletherapy technologies to provide sessions that are both effective and accessible, ensuring clients have the support they need regardless of their circumstances.
• Maintain meticulous documentation to support ethical standards and care continuity within our electronic health record system.
• Engage in regular professional development activities to stay abreast of the latest therapeutic techniques and best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients represent a diverse population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma-related challenges, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications

• A current and valid state license as LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey empathy and understanding.
• A compassionate, non-judgmental attitude and a commitment to client-centered care.
• Proficient organizational and time-management skills to balance client caseloads effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting or familiarity with telecommunication platforms enhances client engagement and support.
• Experience with diverse population groups and various clinical issues strengthens the capacity to relate to clients' varied experiences.
• Demonstrated professional development through additional training or certifications relevant to mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent on your caseload and experience level. Additional benefits include:
