Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed client assessments to gather relevant history and determine the mental health needs of individuals.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapies and client goals.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using modalities tailored to each client's unique circumstances and challenges.
• Regularly evaluate client progress toward therapeutic goals and adjust plans as necessary to maximize outcomes.
• Provide virtual therapy sessions to accommodate clients with mobility issues or those preferring remote access.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions to meet ethical standards and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
