Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments for clients, utilizing standardized assessment tools to inform treatment planning.
• Create individualized treatment plans that employ evidence-based interventions aligned with each client’s goals and challenges.
• Deliver therapy sessions using various methodologies tailored to the specific needs of your clients, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation that complies with regulatory requirements, ensuring confidentiality and patient privacy throughout the therapeutic process.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care and provide comprehensive support for clients, fostering a seamless approach to mental health care.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and families that enhances understanding of mental health issues and promotes recovery and resilience.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily focus on helping individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Valid LICSW license in the state of Minnesota.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits
