Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions, utilizing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and person-centered therapy to facilitate personal growth.
• Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and monitor their progress throughout the therapeutic process.
• Offer accessibility options including teletherapy for clients experiencing challenges attending in-person sessions, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to receive care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic techniques and stay updated on best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with adults and adolescents facing a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and trauma-related conditions. Your compassionate approach will help clients navigate their struggles and empower them to lead fulfilling lives. By providing tailored therapy, you can address their individual experiences and goals, fostering resilience and well-being.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on empathetic engagement with clients.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage a diverse caseload.
• A commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and a non-judgmental approach towards clients.

Preferred Experience

While a valid state license is a prerequisite, we value experience in a clinical setting, particularly with teletherapy and remote counseling. Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities may also enhance your application. A track record of collaboration with multidisciplinary teams will be advantageous in our supportive environment.

Compensation and Benefits
