Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop your private practice by using our established referral stream and marketing partnerships.
• Utilize our user-friendly Electronic Health Record (EHR) portal for client management, scheduling, and invoice submission.
• Provide telehealth or in-person appointments according to your preferences and client needs.
• Collaborate with our intake and scheduling team, allowing clients to book appointments easily.
• Engage in community peer support to exchange insights and strategies with fellow providers.
• Ensure timely submission of insurance claims with the support of our dedicated team, leading to guaranteed payment.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to maintain licensure and enhance your skills.

Your practice will serve a diverse client population, allowing you to engage with individuals of various backgrounds and mental health needs. Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), with appropriate credentials such as LPCC, LPC, LCSW, or similar.
• A Master’s Degree in a relevant field is required; a Doctorate is preferred.
• You must hold a valid license to practice as a therapist in the United States.
• Willingness to commit to either a full-time or part-time contract position.
• 1-3+ years of clinical experience in mental health counseling is highly desirable.
• Must carry malpractice insurance.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in private practice settings or familiarity with telehealth platforms.
• Comfortable with technology used for client management and scheduling.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients remotely.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000, commensurate with hours worked and experience level. Amazing benefits include:
