Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to ascertain the mental health needs of clients, incorporating validated tools and techniques.
• Create individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, tailoring them to suit the distinct needs of each client.
• Deliver high-quality therapy services utilizing secure virtual platforms, focusing on outcomes that promote mental wellness.
• Establish therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, ensuring alignment with their personal values and experiences.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities—including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), humanistic therapy, and mindfulness techniques—while remaining attuned to clients' preferences.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse population of clients, including individuals battling anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients come from various backgrounds and experiences, making it essential for therapists to demonstrate empathy, cultural competence, and an understanding of the diverse factors influencing mental health.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build rapport with clients in a virtual setting.
• Ability to exercise empathy, active listening, and sensitivity towards clients' experiences.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a caseload and documentation.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience is preferred to ensure familiarity with therapeutic techniques and client engagement strategies.
• Experience working with diverse populations is highly desirable, as it enhances the therapeutic process and client connection.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and technology to facilitate remote therapy sessions efficiently.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
