Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions focusing on various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments to identify clients' specific mental health needs and formulate tailored treatment plans to guide the therapeutic process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential electronic health records (EHR), ensuring all documentation is completed timely and accurately in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in continuous education and clinical supervision to remain current on best practices, advancements in mental health treatment, and to maintain required licensure.
• Engage in crisis intervention whenever necessary, utilizing assessment tools to evaluate risks and develop appropriate response plans.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Demonstrated ability to employ strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills in a virtual environment.
