Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough crisis assessments and interventions for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate support is readily available.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methodologies tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency response teams when necessary, ensuring client safety in crisis situations.
• Follow up with clients post-intervention to provide ongoing support and recommendations for long-term mental health strategies.
• Utilize de-escalation techniques and crisis intervention strategies to handle challenging situations effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on serving a diverse clientele, including individuals grappling with a range of mental health issues such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and addiction. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is a mandatory requirement.
• Possession of a valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification is essential to perform this role.
• A minimum of three years of recent experience providing mental health support in various settings is expected.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
