Work Environment

This role is set in a remote, outpatient office setting that prioritizes confidentiality and comfort for both clients and counselors. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and establish a foundation for effective treatment planning.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.
• Monitor client progress through regular therapeutic sessions and adjust treatment plans as needed to promote optimal outcomes.
• Provide extensive documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to ethical and legal guidelines.
• Engage in professional development activities to remain informed of best practices in mental health counseling and enhance therapeutic skills.

The ideal candidate will work closely with a diverse clientele, encompassing individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications

• A current and valid state license such as LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or PsyD is mandatory.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
