Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health challenges and develop tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based methods.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions using various therapeutic techniques suited to clients’ unique circumstances, ensuring a personalized approach that promotes positive outcomes.
• Establish a collaborative rapport with clients to set therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring their progress, and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.
• Utilize teletherapy tools to effectively reach clients who prefer remote sessions or face barriers to in-person visits, ensuring continuity of care.
• Document client interactions and treatment plans meticulously, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards, which reinforces accountability and consistency in care provision.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to create a safe and trusting therapeutic environment for clients.

Preferred Experience

• Proficiency in conducting teletherapy sessions and familiarity with the technology needed to facilitate virtual counseling.
• Previous experience in a private practice setting or outpatient facility is advantageous.
