Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, create clinical diagnoses, and design personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's unique needs and therapeutic goals.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring safe and effective resolutions.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records, including treatment plans and progress notes, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and related professionals, to provide holistic care to clients.
• Guide clients and their families through the complexities of mental health issues and available treatment options while advocating for their needs and rights.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training to stay updated on best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
