West Advisory Behavioral Health is on a mission to transform mental health care through dedicated, compassionate counseling services. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCSW, LPC), you will engage with adult individuals and couples, delivering high-quality therapeutic interventions that emphasize psychological wellness and emotional strength. This full-time remote position offers a structured schedule from Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while making a difference in the lives of your clients.

Your work will primarily consist of supporting adult clients and couples who are navigating a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. By fostering a safe, non-judgmental space, you will empower clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, develop coping strategies, and achieve their personal goals.
