Key Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture trusting and therapeutic relationships with patients through regular communication and empathy.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health issues and formulate treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address client goals, adjusting strategies as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness practices.
• Continuously monitor patient progress through assessment tools and personal feedback, revising treatment plans to promote effective outcomes.
• Document patient interactions accurately in compliance with HIPAA guidelines and maintain up-to-date records in our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with mental health best practices and industry standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. You will serve clients from various backgrounds, providing culturally sensitive care that recognizes and respects their unique experiences and challenges. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in a mental health-related field, such as psychology, counseling, or social work.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Hawaii.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating the ability to engage effectively with clients.

Compensation and Benefits
