Work Environment

This role operates in a fully remote environment, enabling you to connect with clients in a flexible manner while also maintaining a work-life balance. Scheduled work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for structured yet adaptable work routines. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to build an understanding of clients’ mental health needs, crafting individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions.
• Facilitate therapy sessions utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based strategies, and narrative therapy.
• Document clinical notes meticulously while adhering to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Participate in team meetings and case discussions to enhance treatment approaches and outcomes through collaborative input.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, empowering them by providing resources and guiding them towards effective self-management strategies.
• Stay current with emerging mental health research and practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• An active Arizona license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Proficiency in solution-focused interventions and proven experience with a variety of psychotherapy techniques.
• Demonstrable strong communication skills and the ability to establish lasting relationships with clients.
• Critical thinking abilities to devise effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• A collaborative and team-oriented mindset, contributing positively to a supportive work culture.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, with an emphasis on delivering evidence-based therapies.

Compensation and Benefits

The chosen candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
