Work Environment

The role is entirely remote, allowing you to provide services through telehealth, utilizing state-of-the-art virtual therapy platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ needs, strengths, and areas for improvement.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and trauma-informed care.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, providing a safe space for clients to discuss their experiences, emotions, and goals.
• Regularly evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Utilize teletherapy tools to deliver accessible and effective mental health services to clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with ethical standards and organizational policies.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay updated with the latest therapeutic practices and clinical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse clientele primarily includes individuals navigating challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and life transitions. We also cater to varying age groups, ensuring our therapy modalities and communication style resonate with each unique client population.

Qualifications

• A current and active state license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated expertise in mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective rapport with clients.
• A non-judgmental, empathetic approach to therapy that fosters a safe and supportive environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing therapy through telehealth platforms.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic approaches and the ability to adapt to individual client needs.
• Expertise in specific issues such as trauma, PTSD, or substance use disorders is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 depending on the therapist's caseload and years of experience. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
