Work Environment

This position is 100% remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while providing vital mental health services. Utilizing advanced telehealth technology, you will manage client interactions, assessments, and treatment planning from a secure platform that also ensures compliance with HIPAA regulations. Our telehealth setup minimizes overhead costs, streamlining your practice while maximizing client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Diagnose and treat a variety of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, ensuring modifications to the care plan as patient conditions change.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers and support networks, to devise discharge plans that facilitate ongoing care and support.
• Utilize community resources effectively, referring clients to psychiatric services, support groups, and behavioral health programs as needed.
• Adhere to all regulatory standards and ethical practices as established by the Mental Health Practice Act while maintaining detailed clinical documentation.
• Consult with patients and caregivers to provide guidance, crisis intervention, and social work services tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Advocate for clients by coordinating communication between teams and agencies to ensure consistent and effective treatment.
• Monitor and identify patients at risk for complications and work proactively to mitigate issues related to patient care and discharge planning.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The caseload may include diverse populations dealing with various challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. You will work with individuals, couples, and families, offering tailored therapies and fostering resilience. Your interventions will aim to empower clients and improve mental health outcomes through evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as LSCSW, LCSW, LCMFT, LCPC, or Psychologist.
• Proficient understanding of community mental health resources and available treatment options.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ability to build strong therapeutic rapport with clients, fostering trust and openness.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a telehealth or remote therapy environment is a plus, allowing for a smoother transition into our established practices.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms will be advantageous.
• Previous experience working in multi-disciplinary teams, enhancing collaborative therapeutic approaches.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
