Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' mental health diagnoses, and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.
• Document treatment progress diligently, including diagnosis reviews and case notes, while adhering to company policies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining open lines of communication with clients to address their concerns and encourage their participation in their mental health journey.
• Collaborate effectively with a diverse, inclusive, and dynamic team to identify and fill gaps in community mental health services.
• Utilize innovative approaches and creative interventions to help clients set and achieve their goals, ensuring their progress is both tangible and impactful.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, and other stakeholders to facilitate holistic support for each client.
• Engage actively in clinical staff meetings and training sessions, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The Integrative Support Center offers a competitive compensation package, including an annual salary in the range of $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience.
