Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and effective virtual therapy sessions for clients, employing secure video conferencing platforms to maintain effective communication.
• Thoroughly assess each client's mental health needs, utilizing recognized diagnostic tools to create personalized, comprehensive treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, adjusting your therapeutic techniques based on the specific needs and progress of clients.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records of client interactions, including detailed progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active licensure as a Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington.
