Key Responsibilities

• Deliver remote therapy to clients enrolled in an 8-week evidence-based program, adapting the care approach based on individual participant needs.
• Monitor participant progress meticulously, providing timely follow-up communications, care coordination recommendations, and documenting session notes accurately to reflect therapeutic interventions.
• Actively participate in team meetings and collaborate with other care team members to facilitate referrals and resource access for participants.
• Safeguard participant well-being by identifying high-risk encounters and responding promptly while adhering to company protocols and safety procedures.
• Engage in regular supervision meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary discussions that enhance the therapeutic environment for both clients and colleagues.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines, ensuring compliance with annual training requirements related to privacy and security.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients are individuals seeking mental health support through personalized therapy programs. Your primary focus will be on clients experiencing a range of emotional and psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, and stress management. Leveraging structured methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), you will empower patients to develop actionable skills for healthier, more balanced lives.

Qualifications

• A valid license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a consistent schedule accommodating patient needs effectively.
• Clinical experience in providing psychotherapy with expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly CBT and DBT.
• A strong commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of clients and advancing the field of behavioral health care.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

• The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
