Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one video counseling sessions with clients using our secure online platform to address their mental health needs.
• Facilitate meaningful discussions, encouraging clients to explore their emotions, thought processes, and personal experiences for greater self-awareness.
• Act as a strong advocate for clients by helping them define their treatment goals and objectives.
• Perform thorough assessments of clients' mental health status and develop personalized, solution-focused treatment plans based on clinical best practices.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques tailored to individual clients, ensuring an effective approach to treatment is maintained.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele primarily consists of stable adults presenting with low-acuity mental health issues, which may include anxiety, mild depression, stress management, and relationship challenges. By focusing on these areas, you will help clients navigate their mental health journeys and provide them with the tools necessary to enhance their day-to-day lives.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Current licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in outpatient settings, particularly involving adult populations.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a remote team environment.
• Proven skills in client advocacy, treatment planning, and professional decision-making.

Compensation and Benefits
