Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, using your expertise to guide discussions about mental health topics relevant to our clients' experiences and recovery journey.
• Conduct individual counseling sessions to assess client needs, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions.
• Utilize your knowledge of psychiatric diagnosis and treatment methodologies to provide high-quality psychological support.
• Maintain accurate and detailed electronic medical records, ensuring efficient documentation and adherence to confidentiality protocols.
• Demonstrate the ability to make informed, safe judgments regarding client care and support any referrals that may be necessary.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss caseload management, share best practices, and foster a collaborative environment.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry standards and enhance your therapeutic competencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A master's or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited program is required.
• A valid independent license to practice in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is essential.
• Strong case management skills, with the ability to handle a substantial caseload and collaborate effectively with various health care providers and support staff.

Preferred Experience

• Proven experience in group therapy facilitation and an understanding of the 12-step recovery process is preferred.

• Experience in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that are effective and client-centered.

Compensation and Benefits
