Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and emotional well-being, identifying their needs and concerns.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique goals, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Provide various therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, adjusting approaches based on each client’s progress.
• Monitor clients' progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure effective outcomes.
• Offer timely crisis intervention and support to clients who are experiencing severe emotional distress or emergencies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to legal and ethical standards that govern mental health practice.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals, to deliver comprehensive care.

Qualifications
