Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, utilizing established assessment tools and techniques.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that consider each client's unique circumstances, preferences, and goals.
• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to address specific issues.
• Continuously monitor and document clients' progress through established metrics while adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention for clients in immediate need, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records of treatment activities in compliance with legal regulations and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Stay abreast of emerging practices and research in mental health by attending workshops, webinars, and professional seminars.
• Engage in regular supervision sessions to refine clinical skills and receive feedback from peers.
• Strictly adhere to the ethical codes and standards set forth by licensing boards and relevant professional organizations.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
