Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized counseling and therapy sessions by conducting comprehensive assessments, developing strategic treatment plans, and maintaining meticulous client records to track progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate seamlessly with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive mental health services, tailoring interventions and strategies to meet the specific needs of clients.
• Uphold high standards of record-keeping by documenting clinical and progress notes in accordance with organizational policies and best practices.
• Engage in the development of multi-faceted treatment plans, including discharge strategies, derived from thorough psychosocial assessments and recognized therapeutic interventions.
• Provide crisis intervention and evaluate emotional and behavioral issues, establishing effective therapeutic relationships to foster client trust and engagement.
• Consult with clients’ families and support systems, facilitating discussions regarding treatment strategies and discharge planning to ensure a continuum of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Futuristic Wellness Sanctuary, you will work primarily with diverse adult clients facing various emotional and psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Your role will involve understanding each client’s unique history and needs while employing therapeutic modalities that resonate with their individual circumstances.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Possession of active and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent is essential for this role.
• A minimum of three years of experience providing mental health counseling in an outpatient setting is required.
• Proficient computer skills are necessary, including familiarity with electronic medical records, word processing, e-mail systems, and spreadsheets.
• Strong ability to work independently while remaining self-motivated and highly organized.

Preferred Experience
