Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand the mental health needs, challenges, and goals of clients of all ages.
• Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress, utilizing established therapeutic methodologies and techniques.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that include attainable goals and specific interventions tailored to each client.
• Deliver crisis intervention and immediate support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring swift and compassionate care.
• Educate clients about mental health conditions, provide coping strategies, and connect them with community resources for additional support.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome measurements, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards for practice.
• Uphold client confidentiality and informed consent while adhering to best practices and ethical guidelines governing therapy.
• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and competence by effectively working with a diverse clientele.

Qualifications
