Work Environment

This role is fully remote, allowing our counselors to provide therapy sessions from the comfort of their chosen environment while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Perform comprehensive psychological assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs and goals.
• Actively collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychologists and social workers, to deliver holistic care and coordinated treatment strategies for our clients.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, treatment interventions, and any changes in therapeutic approaches in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed about the latest mental health research and best practices, incorporating new findings into your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or equivalent credential.
• A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health counseling, ideally within a clinical or community health context.
• Diverse experience working with clients from various cultural backgrounds and addressing a spectrum of mental health challenges.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating an ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote counseling practices.
• Prior involvement in community outreach or mental health advocacy programs.
• Familiarity with community resources to assist clients in obtaining additional support services.

Compensation and Benefits

• A competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 per year, based on caseload and experience.
