Work Environment

This position offers the flexibility of a fully remote work setting, allowing you to manage your caseload from the comfort of your home. Our outpatient office is dedicated to providing telehealth services, enabling you to reach clients effectively while working with a supportive team of professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough intake evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
• Deliver ongoing individual psychotherapy, and potentially couple or family sessions, adhering to your LPCC license scope and ensuring appropriate supervision when required.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed approaches, to enhance client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation following all legal and ethical standards as mandated by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).
• Engage in regular case consultation and staff meetings to share insights and collaborate with colleagues for improved care delivery.
• Coordinate client care with outside agencies, including medical providers, educational institutions, and social services, to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
• Adhere to all ethical practice standards and uphold the confidentiality of client information per legal requirements.

Your expertise will significantly impact a diverse clientele, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds, those dealing with mental health issues in underserved communities, couples navigating relational difficulties, and families facing life transitions. You will be instrumental in creating a safe space for exploration and healing, guiding clients towards positive change.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in California, in good standing.
• A Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proficient in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and delivering various therapeutic interventions.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with diverse populations.
• Experience working independently while effectively collaborating with clinical team members to provide optimal care.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of experience in community mental health, telehealth, or crisis intervention settings.
• Prior involvement in working with youth, couples, or family systems to address complex dynamics.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and secure electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits packages tailored to enhance your professional and personal well-being.
