Work Environment

This role allows you to engage with clients in a fully remote setting, utilizing our state-of-the-art online platform to conduct sessions via video chat. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct counseling sessions via secure video conferencing, offering guidance, education, and support to clients with various mental health challenges.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of emotional and mental health disorders, including but not limited to anxiety, stress, depression, and grief.
• Assist clients in developing coping strategies and practical skills, empowering them to navigate their mental health issues and improve their decision-making capabilities.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with best practices and organizational policies, ensuring quality of care and client confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with stable adults who present low acuity mental health needs; clients are prescreened prior to sessions to ensure appropriateness. Qualifications

To qualify for this role, prospective candidates must meet the following educational and professional criteria:

• Hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Possess one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Exhibit strong computer literacy, as you will be operating our online platform and utilizing various tools for client management.

Preferred Experience
