Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular psychotherapy sessions with clients to address a wide range of emotional, mental, and behavioral challenges through secure telehealth interactions.
• Implement crisis intervention techniques for clients in acute distress, ensuring their immediate safety and well-being.
• Utilize our intuitive therapist portal to complete clinical documentation efficiently, ensuring compliance with legal standards while minimizing time spent on administrative tasks.
• Perform comprehensive mental health screenings and assessments to accurately identify client treatment needs and customize therapeutic approaches accordingly.
• Apply evidence-based practices, including applied behavior analysis, to support clients facing behavioral issues, enhancing their coping mechanisms and overall quality of life.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse client demographic, including children, adolescents, and families experiencing various mental health symptoms, such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral disorders. Our approach emphasizes building strong therapeutic relationships, fostering trust, and empowering clients toward personal growth and resilience.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, or Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current active license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience working with individuals who face mental health and behavioral challenges, including experience with co-occurring disorders, individual and group therapy, or substance abuse issues.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms for delivering effective counseling services.
• Strong knowledge of contemporary principles, methods, and trends in individual and family therapy.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a telehealth setting, demonstrating familiarity with virtual counseling processes.
• History of successfully implementing interventions for clients with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
• Capable of assessing family dynamics and providing family therapy sessions to enhance relational wellness.

Compensation and Benefits
