Work Environment

This is a fully remote position that allows flexibility in your work schedule. Pyramid Care Consultants manages all business operations, letting you concentrate on delivering high-quality client care. You will be equipped with a cloud-based Electronic Health Records (EHR) system compatible with all insurance companies, facilitating a seamless process for maintaining compliance and client documentation. Our HIPAA-compliant platform enables secure telehealth sessions, ensuring that client confidentiality is always maintained while you support their mental health journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality counseling services to clients, focusing on their unique needs and treatment goals.
• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, fostering a safe and supportive environment for clients.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment programs to address various mental health concerns, including trauma and dual diagnoses.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment processes in our EHR system.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans that encompass all aspects of a client’s well-being.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your therapeutic skills and stay updated on mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse population, providing services to individuals and families facing a myriad of mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Kansas.
• A minimum of three years of experience in mental health counseling is essential.
• A reliable laptop or desktop computer with dependable internet connection and video capabilities is required for telehealth services.
• Strong independent work skills and the ability to manage your own schedule effectively.
