Key Responsibilities

Your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting compassionate and ethical individual counseling sessions via secure video conferencing platforms.
• Employing evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to effectively address client concerns.
• Crafting personalized treatment plans that align with clients' specific needs and goals.
• Helping clients gain insights into their thoughts, emotions, and interpersonal relationships through guided discussions.
• Monitoring client progress throughout their treatment journey, adjusting plans as necessary to facilitate optimal outcomes.
• Providing clients with practical tools and healthy coping strategies for managing their mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. This may include anxiety, depression, stress management, and relational issues. By working closely with these individuals, you will foster their resilience and help them develop skills to improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• A valid and unrestricted license to practice independently as a:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
• No limited or provisional licenses; candidates with disciplinary actions on their record will not be considered.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.
• Strong computer literacy to navigate telehealth platforms effectively.

Preferred Experience

While the listed qualifications are mandatory, candidates with previous experience in remote therapy settings or those familiar with digital counseling platforms will be given preference. Experience with solution-focused or cognitive-behavioral therapies is also advantageous.
